1 Points will only be awarded once to every unique email address

2 1 point is awarded for every 1€ spent on eligible online product purchases at gr.creative.com. Non-eligible products include B-stocks, purchase-with-purchase items, clearance products, heavily-discounted products, and other products at Creative’s discretion.

3 Referral will earn a total of 30 points when the referred friend signs up for an account and makes a purchase subsequently (5 points for joining + additional 25 points when friend buys)

4 Points received are neither transferrable nor can they be combined with different accounts under the same member holder. We also reserve the right to change, replace or remove the activities eligible to earn points at any point in time.

To check your points balance, simply login to your account and go to Account -> Membership. Total points earned to date and points that are due to expire will be reflected on this page. You can also view your past earnings and redemption history here.

What's the Creative Store Membership Program about?

The Creative Store Membership Program is our way of rewarding you as you shop with us at gr.creative.com. Simply start by registering an account with us or make a purchase. There are also other ways to earn points!

These points are automatically converted into store credits that you can use to offset your subsequent purchase(s) without being limited to minimum spend requirements or redemption blocks.

How many membership tiers are there and what's the difference?

There are 2 membership tiers:

Basic Member: Create an account as a Basic Member and you can start accumulating points through a variety of actions such as referring your friends to us or when you subscribe to our newsletters.

Premium Member: Having an existing account and subsequently making a purchase will automatically convert you into a Premium Member where you are able to enjoy additional privileges such as Private Sales and more.

How do I register to become a member?

Simply register an account with us here. It's really easy!

Do members get to buy at lower prices?

Prices of selected products may be marked down for members. These prices are only visible to you after you’ve signed into your account. Without signing in, visitors will only be able to see non-member prices.

How can I earn points?

For eligible products, you earn 1 point for every euro spent online at gr.creative.com. Non-eligible products include B-stocks, purchase-with-purchase items, clearance products, heavily-discounted products, and other products at Creative’s discretion. Earn additional points without requiring any purchase by referring your friends to us or subscribing to our newsletters.

How do I refer a friend to earn points?

Log in to the website and go to Accounts -> Membership. Scroll down to the Referral section and copy the referral link.

For each friend that accepts your invitation, signs up for a new account through the link, and subsequently makes a purchase, you will earn a total of 30 points. The points will only be awarded to you after your referred friend makes a purchase.

How do I check who has accepted my referral?

Log in to the website and go to Accounts -> Membership. Scroll down to the Statement section and view your past activities for points earned. Points earned for successful referrals would be reflected here.

What can I do with these earned points?

Points earned will be automatically converted to store credits which can be used to offset subsequent online purchase(s) on the Creative Store (Pan Euro). The conversion rate is 25 points to 1€ store credit.

To redeem your points and use it on your purchase, simply add your desired products to Cart and progress through the checkout process. You'll be required to sign in to your account in order for us to retrieve your earned membership points.

In the final step prior to making payment, you have the option to specify the amount of store credits you would like to use on the order.

Can your earned points be transferred to, or combined with different accounts?

Points received are neither transferrable nor can they be combined with different accounts under the same member holder.

How do I check the amount of points I have?

Sign in to your account and you'd be able to view all the information related to your Membership Program under “Membership Program”!

Will these points expire?

Points will expire in 6 months for Basic Members and 12 months for Premium Members respectively.

Expiry date is taken as the last day of the month. E.g. if you earn 100 points as a Basic member on 2nd Dec this year, then these points would expire on 30th Jun in the following year.

How long does it take for my points to be available for redemption after making a purchase?

Points earned from online purchase(s) will be available for redemption once the order has been shipped out.

Why am I not receiving updates relating to my Membership Program?

We communicate all membership perks and updates via emails. Members are automatically subscribed to our Membership Program mailing list.

If you haven't been receiving these updates, your mail provider may have filtered such email correspondences to a separate folder, or have it moved to the Spam folder by default. Please contact us for assistance if you find yourself not receiving updates on the Membership Program.

You have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

There seems to be a miscalculation regarding my points.

Points are calculated based on the price of each individual product line item in your order with a maximum price cap of 800€.

Points are also calculated based on the final price paid (excluding VAT) after applicable discount and promotions, Promo Code applied, and points redemption.

Selected products at Creative's discretion, will not be eligible to receive points.

What happens to my points when I cancel an order?

Points are only awarded after shipping. Should you decide to cancel an order after points have been awarded to you, then the points earned from the order will be deducted accordingly.
